Accommodations
We strongly recommend booking your accommodations well in advance of the conference due to high demand. June is the height of Toronto’s tourist season, and the conference is being held during a popular international festival, so hotels will fill up quickly. All of the lodging recommendations below are subject to availability.
We have put aside a limited number of rooms at discounted rates for conference participants. These rooms must be booked in advance of the conference, so please make sure that you are aware of the deadlines.
Special Hotel Rates
Location: 160 Mutual Street
Rate: Single with shared bathroom – $50 CAD plus 10% tax per night (includes Continental Breakfast) until March 14, 2010. After March 14th, the cost is $50 CAD plus 10% tax per night for June 10 and June 11, and $58 CAD plus 10% tax per night starting June 12.
Booking deadline: The deadline for booking rooms in our reserved block with the PSi code has passed (deadline was March 14, 2010). However, unreserved rooms are still available on a first come, first served basis.
Pitman Hall Residence has single dorm-style rooms with shared washroom facilities providing maid service, in-room telephones with free local calling and high speed internet access, 24-hour front desk, and individual climate control rooms. Community kitchenettes, laundry facilities, and lounges with cable TV are located on every floor. Click here for more info.

2. International Living Learning Centre Residence, Ryerson University
Location: 240 Jarvis Street
Rate: Single or double with private bathroom – $83 CAD plus 10% tax per night (includes Hot Breakfast) until March 14, 2010. After March 14th, the cost is $83 CAD plus 10% tax per night for June 10 and June 11, and $105 CAD plus 10% tax per night starting June 12.
Booking deadline: The deadline for booking rooms in our reserved block with the PSi code has passed (deadline was March 14, 2010). However unreserved rooms are still available at the same rate on a first come, first served basis up until June 11, 2010. Rooms are subject to availability.
International Living Learning Centre (ILLC) Residence features single and double occupancy guestrooms with hotel style amenities and services, a private bathroom, in-room telephones with free local calling and high-speed internet access. 3. Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel
Location: 123 Queen Street West
Rate: Singles/Doubles – $159 CAD per night, plus applicable taxes
Booking deadline: Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis up until May 6, 2010 (5:00 p.m. local time). ** Please note that the original deadline was April 23th but it has been extended.
The city’s preeminent destination hotel for business or leisure for over 30 years, the Sheraton Centre Toronto boasts Toronto’s largest year-round pool, a 24-hour fitness centre, Business Centre, Senses Spa and two levels of shops, services, restaurants and lounges. Located in the heart of the financial and entertainment district, and across from city hall, the hotel is close to a number of art galleries and superb restaurants.

3. Apartment Rentals and Sublets
