Tech Support

All of the classrooms, lecture halls, and studio rooms at OCAD are smart rooms. Each is equipped with audio capabilities, data projection and VCR/DVD projection. There is only one projector and one screen in the rooms, so it is not possible to show from two different media at the same time. Please note that shifts and regular panels will receive the same basic level of AV support.

We advise presenters to bring their own laptops (PC or Mac) since there will not be any computers available. Make sure to bring the required adaptor if you are showing a PowerPoint.
